Job description
About the role
Provide hands-on field safety support for additions and commercial construction activities across the Vanderbilt University campus.
Tasks
- Support plumbing, mechanical systems, piping, equipment installation, and associated construction activities while working directly with craft personnel and field supervision.
- Field observations, site inspections, hazard identification, safety reporting, and supporting safe work practices throughout the project.
Requirements
- OSHA 30 Construction Certification
- Minimum 3+ Years of Commercial Construction Safety Experience
- Ability to Maintain a Strong Field Presence
Schedule
- 1099 Contractor
- Start: Immediate Need
- Duration: 12+ Months
- Monday-Friday | 1st Shift | 40 Hours Per Week
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
Pay
- $56/hr
- $150/Month Completion Bonus
