Vaishnavi Sondhi is hiring a full-time Field Sales & Marketing Executive in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. This on-site role focuses on developing business, building customer relationships, and supporting regional sales and marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Meet prospective customers, understand their needs, and explain relevant products and solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to engage potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and work toward sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work with the marketing team on promotional strategies aligned with sales objectives.
• Track competitor activity and market trends, and report findings to support planning.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Sales and marketing experience; field-based experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Two or more years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Sales or marketing certifications are a plus.
