Purple Drive Technologies LLC is hiring a skilled Field Service Technician specializing in UPS and Power Systems in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Join our innovative energy solutions team dedicated to delivering reliable power management systems to diverse clients. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair UPS and power systems at customer locations. Perform regular inspections and diagnostic testing to ensure system reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Document service activities and provide detailed reports on project status and client feedback. Train clients on proper use and upkeep of power systems. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Engage in continuous learning to stay current with industry advancements. Qualifications Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of electrical principles and power system technologies. Experience with UPS technology preferred. Proficient with electrical diagnostic tools and software. 1-3 years of relevant field service experience. Industry certifications such as NICET or equivalent are a plus. This full-time position is based in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and requires onsite work. You will report to the Field Service Manager and work closely with technical support and engineering teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
