Field Supervisor

Rubis Securities & Guard Services Ltd is looking for qualified and motivated individuals to fill the following positions in our growing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise and coordinate security guards and assignments. • Conduct regular site inspections. • Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with company standards. • Handle incidents and prepare detailed reports. • Liaise with clients and ensure client satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS • Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Business Administration or related field. • Previous experience in a supervisory role (security industry). • Strong leadership, discipline and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and reporting skills. • Valid driving licence (Class B) and riding skills. • Familiarity with Nairobi and surrounding regions.
