We are seeking to hire a professional, hardworking and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate should have practical experience in air ticketing, excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing efficient and professional service.

Job description
• Handle airline ticket bookings, reservations, issuance and issuance.
• Assist clients with flight schedules, fares, itineraries and travel requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely travel information and customer support.
• Manage changes, cancellations, rebookings and ticket related queries professionally.

Requirements & qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in air ticketing, travel consultancy or related field.
Good knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing procedures.
Experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo will be an advantage.
Fluent in English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
