Field Worker Recruiter

Kie To Care Home Care is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Field Worker / Recruiter. This is a part-time position (minimum 20 hours per week) for someone who enjoys working in the community, helping others, and being part of a growing, mission-driven organization.

Key responsibilities:
Review and resolve weekend issues and concerns
Provide applications and schedule interviews
Conduct interviews and in-person orientations
Marketing, outreach, and community events
Create and deliver new client binders
Obtain client agreements and signatures
Drop off and collect timesheets
Assist with staffing and on-call needs
Maintain communication with clients, caregivers, and office staff

Requirements:
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
Must have active auto insurance
Minimum of 20 hours per week
Will be able to view/throughout Allegheny County (with future opportunities in additional counties)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Previous healthcare, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred, but not required with the right attitude
