Key Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis reports.
• Assist in developing and implementing financial models to optimize resource allocation.
• Participate in strategic planning by delivering financial insights and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey financial information.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Previous experience as a financial analyst is advantageous.
