Customer Service Executive (Inbound & Chat) in Hyderabad

Durgam Santhosh Kumar is hiring a full-time Customer Service Executive for an on-site role in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries by phone and chat.
• Assist with product selection, order status questions, and issue resolution.

• Identify customer needs and refer complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow up with customers to confirm their concerns have been addressed.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Employment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad. The stated annual pay is 300000.
