About the role
The YMCA of Regina is an Imagine Canada accredited charity established in 1907.
The YMCA of Regina (operating in Regina & Moose Jaw) excels at delivering programming focused on our three pillars of service: community development, childcare & health fitness, & aquatics.
Tasks
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of membership services & fitness programming at the Moose Jaw YMCA.
- Responsible for membership growth & retention, fitness programming, personal training services, staff leadership, facility operations & member experience.
- Ensure all membership, fitness & program activities align with YMCA service standards & objectives.
- Lead membership sales, retention, community outreach & member engagement.
