About the role
Confidential is hiring a Food Technologist / Product Development Specialist for a project-based consultancy. Details of the confidential project are shared only with qualified applicants.
Responsibilities
- Work on food product development from concept and formulation through testing and prototype.
- Conduct product formulation, testing, and pilot production.
- Support production scale-up and food product commercialization.
Requirements
- Graduate of Food Technology, Food Science, or a related course.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in food product development or R&D.
- Mid-product development experience, from concept, formulation, and testing to prototype.
- Experience in meat processing or processed products.
- Familiarity with dehydration and shelf-stable food products.
- Knowledge of food safety, shelf life, and production scale-up.
- Experience commercializing food products is an advantage.
- Must be based in the Philippines; applicants currently residing in the Philippines only. Local collaboration is required.
