Foreman

Hadley Excavation & Construction is hiring an experienced Foreman. If you know dirt, know equipment, can run a crew, and can get the job done without someone standing over your shoulder, we want to talk to you. Requirements include solid excavation/construction experience, knowledge of heavy equipment, leadership skills, CDL or willingness to get one, dependability, ability to read plans, follow grades, understand the job, pride in doing the job right, and ability to work hard and safely. The right candidate can operate excavator, skid steer, loader, keep the crew organized, solve problems, and keep the project moving. We don't need someone who just stands around and points. We need someone who knows what they're doing and leads by example.
