Key Responsibilities Facilitate communication between medical professionals and patients to ensure clarity and understanding of medical processes. Coordinate medical job placements and match candidates with positions that best suit their skills and qualifications. Develop and maintain client relationships to build trust and ensure satisfaction with our services. Assist candidates through the job application process, including resume reviews and interview preparations. Stay updated on healthcare trends and job market changes to provide accurate guidance to candidates. Participate in team meetings to strategize on recruitment efforts and improve operational efficiency. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to job placements and client satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in a relevant medical field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of healthcare practices. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse audiences. Experience in recruitment or healthcare staffing, preferably with at least 2-5 years in a related role. Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations is a plus. Proficiency with common recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
