- Marunong bumasa at umunawa ng plano, blueprint, at specifications
- May kakayahang mag-monitor ng trabaho at siguraduhing maayos ang construction activities
- Handa at willing ma-deploy sa Calauan, Laguna

REQUIREMENTS:
