Forward Deployed Engineer

Tasks

• Translate requirements into working solutions.
• Take complete ownership from development through production deployment.
• Requirements gathering, coding, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.

Requirements

• Strong, recent hands-on React.js experience.
• Strong backend development skills in .NET/C# or Python.
• Relational database experience with PostgreSQL.
• 4+ years of AWS experience.
• Ability to independently write infrastructure and deployment scripts with Terraform.
• AWS Services: S3, ECS, Fargate, VPCs, and Subnets.
• AI Coding Tools: GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar AI coding agents.
• Strong application architecture and design fundamentals.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and deliver solutions quickly.
• Hands-on coding expertise with the ability to review, debug, and take full responsibility for AI-generated code.
• Experience deploying applications to production using Terraform and AWS.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• MongoDB experience is a plus.
• Priority Skill Order: React.js | .NET/C# or Python | PostgreSQL | AWS
• Candidates must be eligible to convert to FTE without current or future sponsorship.
