About TrustyRecruit
TrustyRecruit is hiring a Founding Implementation Engineer to turn signed customer deals into successful production launches. You’ll own customer onboarding from kickoff through handoff, working with customer IT and operations teams to gather data, configure the system, troubleshoot issues, and confirm everything works.
This role combines customer implementation, technical problem-solving, and clear communication. It is not a traditional customer success or pure engineering position. You’ll use AI tools such as Claude Code and internal onboarding skills to configure implementations and help customers get live.
Role Details
- Location: Remote within the United States, with domestic travel 0–2 times per month and one week per quarter onsite in New York or San Francisco
- Salary: $160,000 per year, with the role description listing a range of $160,000–$185,000 based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do
- Own customer onboarding from signed deal through production launch, including agendas, customer calls, and follow-ups.
- Gather and map recipes, menus, and operational data into the system.
- Configure and deploy customer setups using Claude Code and existing onboarding skills.
- Build and maintain robotic process automations (RPAs) for distributor integrations.
- Investigate issues, test workflows, troubleshoot configurations, and identify root causes.
- Travel to customer sites for installations and troubleshooting when needed.
- Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, including IT directors and kitchen managers.
- Share implementation learnings with the team to improve onboarding processes and tools.
