About the role
We Rock the Spectrum - Rocklin is looking for a friendly, dependable, and proactive front desk associate who enjoys working with children and families in an inclusive environment. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome families and manage front desk check-ins.
- Answer questions about memberships, parties, events, and services.
- Process purchases and retail sales.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym.
- Complete cleaning and tidying during slower periods.
- Restock retail, snacks, and supplies.
- Assist with parties, classes, and special events.
- Help ensure gym policies and safety rules are followed.
Requirements
- Be reliable, friendly, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Be great with children and families.
- Be patient, organized, and a strong communicator.
- Be familiar with or comfortable working with neurodivergent children and children with special needs.
- Be willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the gym running smoothly.
- Experience with the special needs community is a plus.
