Front-of-House Manager

RocXi Collective is looking for a hands-on Front-of-House Manager to join our team in Langebaan.

Some people manage a restaurant. Others lead the experience.
This is a senior role for someone who knows that great service starts with strong leadership, structure and consistency.

We need someone who can own the floor - lead the team, manage service, solve problems quickly and ensure every guest experiences RocXiBeach at its best.

You should have:
• FOH / hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent guest service standards
• Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness (sales & upselling)
• Hands-on, visible leadership style
• Clear communication and accountability
• Passion for hospitality and people development

This is hospitality - and we are looking for someone who understands what that means.
Flexibility is essential, including weekends, public holidays and peak season periods.
