Join Hot Bread Kitchen Front of House Training Program to learn hands-on skills that will prepare you for customer-facing roles in NYC's thriving food industry.
4 WEEKS OF TRAINING TO EXCEL IN CUSTOMER FACING ROLES
YOU’LL LEARN:
• Customer Service Training
• Professional Skills
• Food Knowledge and Description
• Suggestive Selling
• Point of Sales System Practice
• Coffee basics
• Table service fundamentals
• NYC Food Protection Certificate Training and Exam
HOT BREAD KITCHEN PROVIDES PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS WITH:
• A weekly stipend of $150 for 3 weeks
• Daily Metrocards
• Job placement support with Hot Bread Kitchen’s large network of employer partners
JOIN US AT SCHEDULED MARKET JOB - OCTOBER 20TH, 2026.
Interviews begin the week of September 14th, 2026.
Training will be from September 21st - October 20th, Monday – Friday from 9am-1pm.
