QUALIFICATIONS:
• College level or graduate preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
• With or without experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, front office, or customer service operations is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Guest-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
