About the role

Join the Portfolio Analysis Technology team, working closely with portfolio managers, research analysts, product managers, and engineering teams.
Tasks
- Lead requirements gathering and translate investment workflows into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner directly with front-office investment professionals.
- Drive end-to-end analysis across investment data, portfolio analytics, and user experience.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support Agile delivery, testing, and release readiness.
Requirements
- Direct Front Office & OMS Experience
- 5+ years of Systems Analyst or Business Analyst experience.
- Direct Front Office experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of asset management and portfolio analytics.
- Knowledge of portfolio risk, performance attribution, or portfolio construction.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
