(From caption) Forge Work Labs LLC is looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our team in a full-time, remote position. You’ll help build, improve, and maintain modern web applications across front-end and back-end technologies.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reliable full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive user interfaces with React and JavaScript.
- Develop back-end services and APIs using .NET and Node.js.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and deliver new features.
- Troubleshoot bugs and improve application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Skills
- Practical experience with .NET, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
- Experience building or integrating REST APIs.
- Familiarity with databases, Git, and modern development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability to work full-time during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
