At Spot Hunting Recruitments, we're working with an early-stage AI startup in San Francisco that's building infrastructure to make enterprise AI agents more reliable, measurable, and effective in production.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience.
• Solid PostgreSQL knowledge, plus Redis, job queues, or background workers.
• Experience building APIs, enterprise integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, observability, and backend architecture.
• Comfortable owning features end to end, from design to deployment.
• Interest in AI agents, LLM evaluation, or AI infrastructure.

Pay

• $130K–$180K + 0.25%–1% Equity
