Role Description The Fundraising and Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role based in the Northern Ohio area, responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic collaborations for Tags4Lives Charity. This role includes identifying and cultivating corporate, nonprofit, and government partnerships that align with the organization’s mission across Children, Animals, and the Frontline. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing fundraising campaigns, coordinating sponsorships for high-profile events, preparing proposals and pitches, and maintaining strong relationships with donors and partners. The manager will track performance metrics, analyze fundraising outcomes, and recommend data-driven strategies to increase impact and visibility. This position also collaborates closely with leadership, marketing, and event teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful execution of partnerships and fundraising initiatives.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills to identify, secure, and grow high-value collaborations.Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to maintain relationships, deliver partner value, and oversee sponsorship agreements.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including persuasive writing, presentation abilities, and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to assess fundraising performance, interpret data, and optimize strategies.Experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or nonprofit development, preferably in event-based or cause-driven organizations.Proven ability to meet revenue targets, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.Comfort engaging with high-profile partners, sponsors, and community leaders with professionalism and discretion.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
