Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Reach potential clients through cold calls, email, and in-person meetings.
• Research the market to identify sales opportunities and customer preferences.
• Prepare and deliver presentations explaining product and service benefits.
• Work with the marketing team to improve promotions and campaigns.
• Manage customer accounts and provide responsive service to support satisfaction.
• Track sales performance metrics and report results to management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer service experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies in a competitive market.
• At least 2 years of sales experience is ideal.
• Team leadership or management experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
