We are seeking a reliable and experienced Peaker/Loader to join our dynamic team in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Key Responsibilities Load and unload materials from trucks and containers safely and efficiently. Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by checking product specifications. Organize and maintain the loading area, ensuring it is clean and free of hazards. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely loading schedules are met. Assist in tracking inventory levels and reporting discrepancies as needed. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements and feedback. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a loading or warehouse role preferred. Strong physical stamina and strength for physical tasks involved in the job. Familiarity with loading docks and warehouse safety practices. Basic understanding of inventory systems is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills.
