Job description

Tasks

Support gear machining equipment launches and process validation
Optimize machining processes, tooling, and production efficiency
Drive quality improvements using SPC, PPAP, and Lean manufacturing
Troubleshoot production challenges and lead root cause analysis
Launch gear machining processes and tooling
Complete PPAP and process documentation
Improve quality, throughput and process reliability

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of gear machining, SPC, PPAP, and Lean manufacturing
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Hypoid bevel gear experience is a plus
Dependable, passionate and team-focused
Preferred: Hypoid bevel gears • QDAS/Minitab • Gear metrology • Root cause analysis
