About the role
Confidential is hiring a general labor yard associate for a temp-to-hire position. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Pull weeds using a weedwhacker and/or spraying equipment.
- Pick up trash and maintain the property.
- Put down pine straw.
- Offload inbound trucks.
- Move and place products throughout the yard.
- Assist customers.
- Load outbound deliveries.
- Perform heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Perform general yard and warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus.
