Key Responsibilities Perform manual labor tasks on mining and construction sites while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Assist with setup and breakdown of work areas, including site cleanup and equipment maintenance. Transport materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to designated locations to support workflow. Inspect tools and equipment regularly to ensure proper working condition. Support skilled tradespeople in excavation, earthworks, and other related tasks. Document daily activities and promptly report any issues or concerns to supervisors. Foster a collaborative work environment by engaging positively with team members. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric Certificate or equivalent educational qualification. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred. Familiarity with construction tools and safety equipment. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
