Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and grilled menu items, ensuring every product meets our standards of excellence. Engage with customers by taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas, strictly following health and safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting shortages promptly. Participate in ongoing training to enhance barista skills and master new grill cooking techniques. Contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings to improve customer service and menu offerings. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certificate in Barista Skills or equivalent training preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Prior experience in food service is advantageous but not mandatory. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and grill cooking techniques. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
