Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop and implement strategic case plans.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.
• Work closely with other legal professionals and stakeholders to prepare for trials.
• Ensure compliance with procedural rules by monitoring case timelines and managing deadlines.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation or general liability law.
• Strong skills in litigation, negotiation, legal research, and communication.

• Active membership in the State Bar of Florida.
