General Manager

We’re looking for a proven leader to help take Hummingbird to the next level. Requirements include minimum 3 years of senior operational leadership experience in residential home services, proven experience running a $10M+ company or business unit, strong P&L ownership, experience leading leaders, and ServiceTitan experience is a plus. The role involves overseeing operations across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, service, and installation, leading and developing department leaders, driving revenue and profitability, hiring, performance management, and implementing systems for scaling.
