This full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient logistics and distribution of our products. Key Responsibilities Assist drivers with loading and unloading goods, ensuring safe handling of products. Organize and correctly load deliveries for transport to customers. Conduct regular vehicle and equipment checks to maintain safety and efficiency. Help prepare delivery routes to optimize time and resources. Maintain cleanliness and organization in vehicles and loading areas. Report any issues or damages promptly to supervisors to avoid disruptions. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications No formal education required; literacy and numeracy skills are beneficial. Experience in loading and logistics preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
