Key Responsibilities

• Manage documentation for international assignments and help ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and organizational policies.
• Communicate relocation policies, procedures, case updates, and timelines to employees and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple cases, prioritize work, and meet critical deadlines.
• Coordinate with HR teams and external vendors on relocation services, including housing, visa applications, and cultural orientation.
• Track assignment progress and prepare analytics and reports to support improvements to mobility programs.
• Contribute to projects that enhance global mobility policies and employee relocation experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and address employee needs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in global mobility, relocation services, or human resources is preferred.
