Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Architect to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures aligned with business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will lead cloud strategy, solution design, governance, architecture reviews, and cloud modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and document end-to-end GCP architectures.
Lead cloud strategy, solution design, and architecture reviews.
Define and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance standards.
Create architecture diagrams, reference designs, and technical roadmaps.
Lead cloud migration and application modernization across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align cloud solutions with organizational goals.
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture experience.
7+ years of IT/cloud architecture experience.
Expertise in cloud networking, IAM, security, compute, storage, and databases.
Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Enterprise-scale cloud transformation experience.
Cloud migration and application modernization.
Knowledge of data, AI/ML, APIs, and integration platforms.
Cloud governance, FinOps, and compliance experience.
Preferred Certifications
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer
