Key Responsibilities Install GPS tracking devices in various vehicle types following detailed specifications. Perform comprehensive testing to verify proper system functionality post-installation. Offer technical support and guidance to customers during and after installation processes. Maintain meticulous records of installations, including device serial numbers and service details. Coordinate with the logistics team to guarantee timely delivery and installation of devices. Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies throughout the installation process. Continuously update knowledge on new products and installation techniques to improve service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Electronics or related technical field. Proven experience installing electronic devices, preferably GPS tracking systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Proficiency with basic electronic tools and repair methods. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. This position reports directly to the Project Supervisor and works closely with the Senior Installation Manager, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
