Key Responsibilities

• Install GPS tracking devices accurately in various vehicle types following technical specifications.
• Perform comprehensive testing to ensure proper functionality of installed GPS systems.
• Offer technical support and guidance to customers during and after installation processes.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, including device serial numbers and customer information.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to guarantee timely delivery and installation of tracking devices.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies throughout installation tasks.
• Continuously update knowledge on new GPS products and installation techniques to improve service quality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or a related technical field.
• Proven experience installing electronic devices, preferably GPS tracking systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic electronic tools and repair methods.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

This full-time role is based in Chennai and reports directly to the Project Supervisor. You will work closely with a Senior Installation Manager and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction. This position is not eligible for remote work.

Salary: ₹18000 per month
