Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company offerings.
• Maintain contact databases and update customer records.
• Follow up with leads, support customer satisfaction, and help resolve questions.
• Meet call targets and contribute to sales goals.

Qualifications
