Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our offerings.
• Maintain and update the customer contact database.
• Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries.
• Achieve call targets and support overall company sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings to share results and gather insights for improvement.
• Report daily activities and feedback to the team leader.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Results-driven with resilience to handle rejection.
