Graphic Designer cum Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities Design and create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions. Prepare and maintain digital files for projects, ensuring proper organization and retrieval of assets. Support back-office operations by managing documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks as required. Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies by delivering timely design and support services. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate design projects. Monitor industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into ongoing projects. Required and preferred qualifications 12th pass with relevant skills in graphic design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong creativity and an eye for aesthetics and detail. Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Prior experience in design or office support roles is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team structure, working closely with designers, marketing professionals, and administrative staff. You will report directly to the Senior Graphic Designer, who will provide guidance and support in your role.
