Vishwasya Technologiess Private Limited is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer & Back Office Executive in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This on-site role combines creative graphic design with essential administrative and back-office support. You will help strengthen the company’s brand while keeping office processes and project files organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Work with team members to understand project requirements and develop effective design solutions.
• Organize and maintain digital project files and design assets for easy retrieval.
• Support back-office operations, including documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks.
• Provide timely design and operational support for marketing initiatives.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, collect feedback, and revise designs as needed.
• Follow design trends and apply relevant techniques and tools to current projects.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• 12th pass with relevant graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Creativity and a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Clear communication skills for collaboration and client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in graphic design or office support is preferred, but not required.
