AA Media is hiring a full-time Graphics Designer in New York City, New York. This remote-eligible opportunity is suited to a self-taught designer with a strong portfolio who wants to shape visual messaging for a dynamic, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling visual content for multiple media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on creative solutions that support client needs and campaign goals.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create graphics, layouts, and branding materials.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends and tools to create engaging, innovative work.
• Conduct user research and apply design principles to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
• Revise work in response to feedback and deliver high-quality designs within project scope.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Self-taught, with a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design proficiency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and core design principles.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• At least one year of graphic design experience preferred.

Compensation and Work Arrangement
