About the role
Greystar is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter for The Bricks at Perimeter Center. The role ensures the community’s physical aspects are maintained and standards are met for the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal, while supporting service team members. The property is a stabilized midrise with 446 units.
Responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day and remove litter, debris and pet droppings. Keep common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before the make-ready process, transfer them to a dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by the Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assist the make-ready specialist with the turn process.
- Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure gates to all pool areas work according to codes and safety standards.
- Distribute notices and communications to residents.
