About the role

Greystar is hiring a Groundskeeper for The Tobin Estate Phase 2. The role ensures the community’s physical aspects are maintained and standards are met for the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal. It also provides support to service team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings. Keep common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before the make-ready process, transfer trash to the dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by the Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Change locks in accordance with the property’s policy and ensure gates to all pool areas are working according to codes and safety standards.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary.
