Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Operations Analyst
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Operations Analyst to help drive business growth through marketing technology, data analytics, and process optimization. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to build scalable lead generation programs, improve audience targeting, and deliver actionable insights that support business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations & Lead ManagementDevelop audience segmentation and lead scoring models to identify and engage high-value prospects.Build and manage automated lifecycle marketing journeys across multiple channels.Define and maintain lead qualification, tracking, and routing processes.Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and lead generation strategies.Reporting & AnalyticsCreate dashboards and reports that connect marketing performance to sales outcomes.Analyze campaign, website, and lead data to identify trends and opportunities.Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.Marketing Technology & CRMOptimize CRM and marketing automation platforms.Manage integrations across marketing tools, website platforms, webinar systems, and analytics solutions.Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or marketing analytics within financial services or related industryExperience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze.Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.Experience with audience segmentation, lead scoring, and customer journey mapping.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
