CapaCloud is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead marketing efforts in the AI and Web3 space. This role is based in Wyoming, Michigan, and offers remote work flexibility. As Growth Marketing Lead, you will craft and execute strategies to boost awareness, adoption, and community engagement for CapaCloud’s decentralized GPU platform. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to AI and Web3 ecosystems Lead SEO and AI search optimization initiatives to maximize organic reach Create and manage technical content campaigns that resonate with developers and startups Build strong brand positioning and messaging aligned with CapaCloud’s vision Drive social media growth and foster active community engagement across platforms including X, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Telegram Design and execute developer and startup acquisition campaigns Manage product launches, announcements, and strategic partnership development Analyze growth metrics, optimize acquisition funnels, and identify new growth opportunities through experimentation and analytics Coordinate email marketing, content marketing, and performance campaigns Collaborate closely with Developer Relations (DevRel) and engineering teams on technical marketing initiatives Support fundraising visibility and investor-facing brand positioning Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in startup, B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or Web3 marketing roles Strong expertise in SEO and AI search optimization techniques Track record of building organic growth strategies and managing technical content Excellent storytelling and content marketing skills targeting technical audiences Familiarity with developer-focused products and technical platforms Experience managing online communities and social media channels Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and collaborate cross-functionally Compensation: $5,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, Remote eligible Join CapaCloud and lead marketing innovation at the intersection of AI and Web3.
