Job description
Capa Cloud is hiring a remote Growth Marketing Lead (Web3 + AI) to increase awareness, adoption, and community growth across the AI and Web3 ecosystems. You’ll lead marketing strategy, SEO and AI search optimization, content, product positioning, partnerships, and growth campaigns for a decentralized GPU platform.
This full-time role is a strong fit for a growth-focused marketer who understands technical products and enjoys working in a fast-moving startup environment. The position is remote and listed in Wyoming, Wyoming, United States.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies and organic acquisition programs.
- Lead SEO and AI search optimization initiatives.
- Create and manage technical, educational, and thought leadership content.
- Shape brand positioning, product messaging, and investor-facing visibility.
- Grow social media and community engagement across X, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Telegram.
- Drive developer and AI startup acquisition campaigns.
- Manage product launches, announcements, email campaigns, and performance marketing.
- Build strategic partnerships across the AI and Web3 ecosystems.
- Analyze growth metrics, optimize acquisition funnels, and identify opportunities through experimentation.
- Collaborate with Developer Relations and engineering teams on technical campaigns.
What You’ll Bring
- Marketing experience in a startup, B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or Web3 environment.
- A strong understanding of SEO, AI search optimization, and organic growth.
- Excellent content marketing, storytelling, and messaging skills.
- Familiarity with developer-focused products or technical platforms.
- Experience managing social media channels and online communities.
- The ability to use analytics and experimentation to improve growth outcomes.
Compensation and Employment
Compensation: $5000 per year. This is a full-time, remote position with Capa Cloud.
