Job description
Capa Cloud is seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead marketing efforts across the AI and Web3 ecosystems. This full-time role, based in Wyoming, offers remote work flexibility and focuses on driving awareness, adoption, and community expansion for our decentralized GPU platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative growth marketing strategies tailored to AI and Web3 audiences
- Lead SEO and AI search optimization initiatives to maximize organic reach
- Create and manage technical content campaigns that resonate with developers and startups
- Establish strong brand positioning and messaging across channels
- Expand social media presence and foster active community engagement on platforms including X, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Telegram
- Drive acquisition campaigns targeting developers and AI startups
- Coordinate product launches and major announcements effectively
- Forge strategic partnerships within AI and Web3 ecosystems
- Analyze growth metrics and optimize acquisition funnels for maximum impact
- Manage email, content, and performance marketing campaigns to support growth goals
- Create educational and thought leadership content to position Capa Cloud as an industry leader
- Collaborate closely with DevRel and engineering teams on technical marketing initiatives
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through experimentation and data analytics
- Support fundraising visibility and enhance investor-facing brand positioning
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in startup, B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or Web3 marketing environments
- Strong expertise in SEO and AI search optimization techniques
- Track record of building successful organic growth strategies
- Exceptional content marketing and storytelling abilities
- Familiarity with developer-focused products or technical platforms
- Experience managing social media channels and online communities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup settings with a growth mindset
