What you鈥檒l do
- Respond to guest inquiries and messages
- Assist with bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues
- Provide a warm, professional, and helpful guest experience
What we鈥檙e looking for
- Previous experience in guest communication (short term rentals, hospitality, or customer service)
- Experience with Airbnb and other OTAs (Booking.com, VRBO, Agoda, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage your time well
