Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and styling needs.
• Provide haircuts, coloring, and styling services in line with industry standards.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized and follow health and safety requirements.
• Stay current on hairstyling trends, techniques, tools, and products.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service that encourages client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with stylists and support staff to share knowledge and improve salon services.
• Manage appointments efficiently to support a smooth client flow.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Demonstrated hairstyling experience, including cutting and coloring.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, client-focused manner.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Cosmetology certification preferred.
• Familiarity with salon hair products and styling tools.
• One to two years of salon experience preferred.

Work Environment and Compensation

Work full time at the salon in Chennai; this position is not remote. You will report to the Salon Manager and work with a diverse team of stylists and beauty professionals in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Pay: 15000 per month.
