Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair styling needs and preferences.
• Perform cutting, coloring, and styling services following industry standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to boost client satisfaction and loyalty.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, and coloring techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Cosmetology certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with a variety of hair products and styling tools.
• Minimum 1-2 years salon experience preferred.
