Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement. Efficiently manage client scheduling and sales transactions. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven skills in haircutting, coloring, and styling techniques. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comprehensive knowledge of hair care products and services. 1-3 years of salon experience preferred. Cosmetology or hair styling certification is a plus.
