WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Emergency maintenance service as scheduled
- Charge light bulbs
- Unclog toilets
- Change ceiling tiles
- Change batteries for small equipment
- Trash pickup outside of building and parking lot
- Fix broken toilet seat
- Fix broken toilet seat
- Refill time-mist dispensers (placed in high surfaces)
- Remove acid/solvent traps
- Minor plumbing
- Painting (touch-ups & minor projects)
- Assembly of carts, chairs, desks, etc.
- Forklift / mechanical pallet jack operation
- Other non-specialized tasks — approved by our Operations Director and Safety Manager

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 (one) year commercial related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work without normal supervision
- Willing to work as assigned hours
- Reports safety hazards as appropriate
- Maintain a professional, courteous manner with residents, vendors, partners, and health department officials
- Complete required training, such as ladder training, PPE training
- Complete work assignments in a timely manner
- Use and maintain equipment properly
- Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely
- Monitor and maintain all buildings systems as assigned

ACTIVITIES NOT COVERED:
Floor/carpet care, floor restorations, wall drilling or mounting, decorating, electrical, roofing, or detailing services, among other certified or specialized activities.
