Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and custom repairs tailored to client needs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot structures to identify repair requirements and recommend solutions.
• Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Maintain detailed records of completed work, materials used, and hours worked.
• Follow all safety protocols when operating tools and equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide progress updates.
• Participate in team meetings to review timelines, challenges, and successes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven carpentry experience with emphasis on framing and finishing.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of common carpentry tools and safety procedures.
• 3-5 years minimum experience in a professional handyman or carpentry role.
