Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Proven experience in carpentry, with a strong focus on framing and finishing. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with common carpentry tools and safety procedures. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional handyman or carpentry role.
