High School/Vocational Graduate
With at least 1 year of relevant handyman or maintenance experience
Knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
Able to use basic hand and power tools
Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance tasks
Must be willing to work on an on-call basis
Willing to perform other maintenance and repair duties as assigned
