Work may include:

🔧 Plumbing repairs
🔨 Carpentry and drywall
🎨 Painting
🏠 Property maintenance and rental turns
🪵 Deck, trim, and flooring work
🧹 Material pickup and jobsite cleanup
📸 Taking before, during, and after photos

Requirements:
✅ Proven handyman or construction experience
✅ Able to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently
✅ Reliable car and valid driver’s license
✅ Knowledge of basic tools and materials
✅ Dependable, on time, and professional
✅ Good communication with customers and management
✅ Willing to travel around Newnan and surrounding areas

Pay is based on experience and the type of work assigned.
