Handyman/Property Manager in St. Louis, Missouri

David is hiring a full-time Handyman/Property Manager in St. Louis, Missouri. In this hands-on role, you will maintain and manage properties to help ensure they are safe, functional, and well cared for. Your work will directly support tenant satisfaction and the quality of residents’ living environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete routine and emergency maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Manage day-to-day property operations, communicate with tenants, and respond to repair requests.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs and support compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with property renovations, improvements, and upgrades.
• Provide responsive customer service and address tenant concerns in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on larger repairs and renovation projects.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Practical handyman skills, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
